There is a fun side to this challenge. I will be transversing the richest, most influential country on the planet, passing some of the most famous places in the world. I am hoping to have some fun along the way. Here is a bucket list of what I would like to achieve:
1994 - First bike was a silver ‘Universal’ Mountain Bike bought off his cousin for £10. 1995 - Learnt to cycle in Lime Rd, Alresford. 1996 - Crashed the ‘Universal’ down the hill at Beech Rd, Alresford.
My Round the World adventure hadn’t planned to include this charitable endeavour. I was meant to have ten months to drift across the globe; discovering new cultures, tasting new foods and exploring new cities. The essence of that wandering travel does not change with this challenge, it’s just different.
